Intermarium vs The Three Seas Initiative, from a concept of fear to a project of force

Abstract: Some analytical voices conclude that the Three Seas Initiative is a political answer to the fear of Moscow's geopolitical advance towards the center of Europe. Others read in the new regional platform the sign of a geopolitical opposition between East and West, between the New and Old Europe, an Eastern geopolitical club of frustrated. In our analyse, this concept has developed from a defensive (common response to fear) into an expansionist (in political, not territorial terms) geopolitical project, from a concept of fear to a project of force.
