International geopolitical round table in Constanta with experts from Ukraine
On January 27, an international round table on "A new geopolitical architecture at the Black Sea? Premonitions Signs, Conflicts and Convergence" will be held in Constanta, in the organization of the Black Sea House Association. The event, which brings together 20 experts from Romania, Moldova and Ukraine, is the first of its kind organized by a geopolitical association from Dobrogea region and aims to analyze the main signs of geopolitical tension in the Black Sea area.

A new geopolitical architecture is being built in the Black Sea area. Its features are: increase of the Moscow's hegemonic appetite, deliberate diminishing of the US presence/influence, experimentation of Ankara's bipolar form of alliances, hybrid warfars, increased militarization, turning the region into a testing polygon test of the new global order. Bucharest has limited capabilities to participate in current geopolitical games, including in areas where its substance expertise is expected.
