Vice-presidentDirector of "Spiru Haret" Dobrogean College in Tulcea, first degree teacher of Romanian language and literature. He graduated in Philology from "Ovidius" University of Constanta, Faculty of Letters. Founding member of the Cenacle of Tuesday (Cenaclul de Marți) in Constanţa, collaborator of Tomis and Literary Conversations literary journals. Debut with poems in Plasma Status / Starea de Plasmă (Pontica Publishing House, Constanta, 1999), together with four of the Cenacl's famous poets. Author of the novel of investigative journalism The bubble ball or About the removal of dean Marin Mincu from "Ovidius" University (Crater Publishing House, Bucharest, 2000). He holds national literary critics awards; he is the author of cultural studies published in various literary journals including Tomis, Literary Conversations. He is a member of the National Corps of Experts in Educational Management. He is a founding member of the Delta Sporning Club Association. Florin Anastasiu lectured in the "BookLand Evolution” Practice Conferences for young people (Tulcea, 2017). He has semnificant managerial experience in the field of national education reform. Main areas of interest: history of culture, Romanian literature, literary criticism, education reform. Professional skills / expertise field: education reform, national education reform strategy.
