Anamaria Florina Caloianu

Anamaria Florina Caloianu completed her bachelor's and master's studies at "Babeș-Bolyai" University in Cluj-Napoca, Faculty of European Studies.

He is currently completing his PhD in the Doctoral School of International Relations and European Studies of the university, with a thesis on Turkey's foreign policy after 2016.

He acted as an executive assistant for EUXGLOB, was involved in organising the EUXGLOB conferences, and was a research assistant for the Horizon: REMIT project.

His areas of interest include foreign policy, public and cultural diplomacy, the Black Sea region and the Eastern Neighborhood of the European Union.

His research frequently explores the increasing role of middle powers in current geopolitical changes and the impact of new technologies on relations between states.
